Lando Norris has become Formula 1’s newest world champion with third place in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix finale, taking the title by two points from Max Verstappen.
The British driver just needed a top-three finish to take the title in the 2025 decider, and duly secured it at the Yas Marina track with third place behind Verstappen and McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri.
